Steve Thomas
During his nine-to-five, Steve Thomas works as an editorial artist at a major newspaper in the Twin Cities area creating informational graphics and illustrations to accompany stories in every section of the paper. When time permits, he focuses on his true passion freelancing as a fantasy/ sci-fi illustrator and has been doing so for the past five years. He hopes to one day work on his art and writing full-time from his home north of St. Paul.
His main medium of choice is digital, working in Photoshop and Painter, but also paints with acrylics. He is a self-taught artist who is constantly working to better himself technically and conceptually.
His art has been featured in Dragon Magazine, issue #339 and this is his second year being selected to The New Masters of Fantasy collection.
